Zero backlash high precision

The unique and innovative effective meshing always ensures that two or more teeth are in contact with each other, with zero backlash on both sides of the teeth and a positioning accuracy of ± 20 microns. The position of each tooth profile relative to the first tooth is accurately measured, thereby ensuring extremely high positioning accuracy and eliminating cumulative errors in tooth pitch.

High speed operation capability

The roller rack and pinion transmission system can achieve high-speed transmission, with speeds up to 11 meters per second, achieving high positioning accuracy that can usually only be provided by linear motors. Moreover, under high-speed motion, the ultra-low friction design does not produce heating or component wear.

Infinite stroke length of precision gear rack

The linear roller rack transmission system adopts a modular design. Taiwan racks have two lengths of 1 meter and 0.5 meters, which can be infinitely connected according to application needs or cut into shorter lengths as needed. This is very beneficial for rack storage, effective supply, cost reduction, and interchangeability. The connection of the rack uses a special tool to accurately transmit the positional accuracy of the front rack to the next rack through the teeth of the rack. Non standard parts can also be customized according to the drawings.
